How To Use AI Generated Images In Your Designs

October 28, 2024 | BrandingDesignTools we use

Hey everyone,

I’ve been diving deep into AI-generated images for my designs lately, and I’ve got to say, I’m hooked! I’ve been playing around with Leonardo.ai, Adobe Firefly, and Freepik’s AI image generator, and they’re amazing.

Leonardo.ai is great for businesses needing consistent brand imagery, Adobe Firefly is perfect to enhance images and simplify the process of applying styles or compositions of one image to another, and Freepik’s AI image generator is super easy to use and has a ton of different styles to choose from.

These tools are like having a superpowered design assistant. You can just describe what you want, and boom! Out pops an image that’s almost exactly what you had in mind for your design. It’s like having a creative partner who never sleeps or gets tired.

Of course, there are some things to keep in mind. Make sure you check the licensing for these AI-generated images, and don’t rely on them too much. Human creativity is still irreplaceable!

I’ve been experimenting with combining AI-generated images with hand-drawn elements and using them as inspiration for new designs. It’s been a blast!

Here are a few tips for using AI-generated images effectively:

  • Be specific with your prompts: The more detailed your description, the better the results.
  • Experiment with different styles: Try different styles and settings to see what works best for your design.
  • Combine AI-generated images with your own designs: Add your personal touch to make the images truly unique.
  • Check licensing: Ensure you have the rights to use AI-generated images in your projects.
